oh-oh...look out, here comes another positive outlook from that Pen guy.

Man, you guys forget very quickly what we've talked about, and agreed on I believe, that we will not hear anything definitive until we hear THE news. All we're goinbg to get at best, are 'hints'. I think RM's job is ver very tricky....How to give those damn pestering Agoracom folks something to ease their minds, without saying anything he can't say???

So we have RM telling us nothings changed ( good for us, considering after all this time we haven't got any BAD news ( In my opinion, to hear that we have filed for ARB would be bad news). ..Then RM says 'there is no need for Arbitration at this time....again, I don't believe Fung just sits there and 'hopes' that something will work out), so to me this means that there is something going on (on the horizon?) that is better than ARB.

Then he says that he (they), are not just talking to VZ.... Again good news. Fung will not be talking to anybody that has said 'no thanks, were not interested'. He woundn't waste his time with that. Sooo....he must be talking with some entity that is interested, or very interest, or finalizing a deal with.

I say again, Fung would not be sitting on his butt, waiting for a miracle, he'd be out there making a miracle happen, against all odds.....at least in my opinion.

Simpley put...no bad news, no need for arbitration, we're talking to someone ( who must be interested )
