Just a thought, back in April 2008 when Hazout first stepped down maybe at that time Silver Dragon was looking for a new CEO such as RF at the time? This was right around our denial and may have thrown a wrench in the works thus Hazout rejoined in June 2008. On April 21 2008 this is what Silver Dragon said "The Company has begun a comprehensive search process for a new CEO to lead Silver Dragon."

July 2008 is when RF stepped down from Tonbridge's board and said:

Mr. Fung advised the Company that he expects to be in a position to return once his circumstances resolve, which he expects might be soon.
