This Mark Hazout may very well just be a vehicle being used to get somewhere, although I wonder if his earlier decision to sell his 70% share of Erbahuo to a 'private Chinese investor', was because he didn't know the full story. Maybe he at first reacted like so many here, re Fung and Brown....that they were 'jumping ship' from KRY. But when he learned about the bigger picture ( my slueth work), he did some DD, found out that their was an immenent deal re KRY, he quickly reversed his earlier decision. ....By the way, while I was digging, I came across a post from a Silver Dragon shareholder, that was EXTATIC that Fung had been brought onboard.

Erbahuo was worth a lot more than $1 million before the 2008 market crash (fully permitted with NI 43-101 compliant resources), and it will be worth a lot more once the PM bull's next leg launches shortly.

Plus, per the language below about the alternative strategy of listing in 2010 in Canada, you need a 43-101 in each country you have operations in to qualify for the TSX. Thus, it's obvious that holding the Erbahuo until then was part of this stragegy, which even more obviously came about as soon as Brown and Fung came on board.

Of course, they are also working on a 43-101 on the core Dadi property, and are saying that the plan is to have that done in the first quarter. Looking forward to it with baited breath (although I have no idea how to handicap what it will say)."
