yeah, i know, i read it....all i see is the fact that fung has been involved in "a process" that (on the surface) does'nt seem to have any benefit to kry......

is this what we are paying him for? i thought we were holding off on filing arbitration (i.e. spending our reserves) so fung could find the best solution for "stakeholders and shareholders" with regard to kry......

evidently he has been spending some of his time finding solutions to other matters.
