The 700k trade seems to have received dual-treatment. Yesterday, my TD technicals showed a 0.3875 close, with after-hours trading (which until yesterday, there really has not been any) and the 700k trade came in about 4min after close. After Hours trades must match Bid-Ask exactly (I do not know if volume must match), so maybe trades can skip over other Bid-Asks in After Hours. I considered it an After Hours deal to be pretty much ignored. Later that evening, I noticed the TD technicals had been updated to include the volume and a 0.2000 price as close. Today we gap down about about 1/100th of a penny from what I witnessed as the close yesterday, so basically picking up about where it was yesterday.

Seems obviously strange. Who knows - Maybe a late "Wannabe Big Guy" player who whined enough to get a Sweetheart Deal.
