We have heard of all the billions that the above have loaned VZ, or should I say Chavez. The trouble I have, is that it seems that nothing has changed. Companies nationalized are still waiting, miners who gave up illegal mining are still waiting (for a paltry 3-4 million?), the factories are still waiting to be upgraded, workers from VZ plants and factories are still waiting for back pay, our clinic is still waiting for supplies and equipment, roads and infrastructure are waiting to be repaired/built, etc etc.

Has he just gone and invested the money, hoping to make more? Has he bought millions of shares of KRY, for when he lets things proceed? Where the devil ARE all these billions.

Surely it can't be so blatent, that he is 'investing' in other countries, giving monies to African countries, Cuba, etc., where it is put away for his soon to be exit, 'stage left'.

I have not heard of any LARGE fundings, that could account for these billions. So what gives?
