This guy is way over the top! I guess the real question here and that KRY hangs in the balance (currently) under his administration is why and what are his thoughts on mining when attending this forum. Does he believe that REAL mining (not illegal) support his beliefs at this summit or does he not want mining at all?

At this point he has screwed his country up so much fiscally that he needs the revenue so where does he draw the line on his beliefs for the environment?

Of course most of what is shown in the video he really has no beliefs and is just acting as a clown for his people.

Not promoting Rush Limbaugh here because I am not the biggest fan but I am open to all opinions. In this video of Chavez Rush comments on Chavez at this summit and that Chavez gets the loudest ovation from the crowd speaking of capitalists....I'll bet that stroked Chavez's ego.
