What can Level II do? Interesting question you pose CJR. With Level II, a sharp investor can make oodles (a technical term we can go over some time in the future) of money. Also, Level II predicts earthquakes and when the mortgage payments are due. The biggest consideration one must have concerning Level II is that you must be a Blind Chicken.
