I'm not totally surprised the stock price hasn't moved more. We still aren't out of the woods yet. Cash is fairly low and doing a financing at these levels is tough and creates a lot of dilution. If a deal was on the table, would the noteholders have pursued this claim to the end? I wouldn't think so. VZ is still VZ so we will have to navigate those choppy waters to get some value out of this play. As I see it, today's ruling eliminates one giant obstacle that could have been devastating which is something worth feeling good about today.
