I hope the court costs they have to pay back are big. This was nothing more than a sleazy attempt by the bondholders to steal the company. Fung told me the bondholders were willing to settle the case by taking 90% of the company and giving 10% to the shareholders. No wonder we were not able to settle with them. May they rot in hell.
