I noticed you have used the word "negotiations" in your post on activities that Crystallex is involved with respect to potential outcome. Allow me to show you Richard Marshall's comment to the word "negotiations" when I first broached this word with him in a recent email. The word they appear to like is "alternatives." Below is his response:

I do not believe the Company has ever used the word "negotiations". The Company stated in a November press release that "Crystallex has been exploring various alternatives to mitigate the impasse and protect its investments under the Mine Operating Contract ("MOC"). These alternatives include a number of possible transactions and structures.
