Lets see if he has what it takes to make it happen. I hope Robert Fung can pull a rabbit out of his hat and show us his next card very soon as time is running out on all of us.

If we wind up going bankrupt due to the inability to finance arbitration....than I think Fung is a pathetic loser. Note that that was an if\then statement.....not a bash on Fung. Personally I would be shocked if, after all the accolades assigned to Fung on this board, we go belly up. Fung is purported to be the quintessential "connected man". If he fails to get a deal done that is understandable in my book (given the criminals he is dealing with). If he cannot secure financing to see us thru arbitration that is unforgivable.
