The union leader of the mixed company Venrus Edward Lopez, in representation of a group of workers of this mining partnership with seat in the South zone of the state Bolivar, denounced the infringement of the labor rights of these parents of family, who have stopped perceiving their contractual benefits, due to the negligence and the lack of sensitivity of the high management of this company. Before the magnitude of these upsettings that are generating the increasing deterioration in the conditions of life of their families, this group of workers of Venrus affected by the breach of the collective hiring, went this week to the Inspectoría of the Work to brief a writing in which they ratify these upsettings against his labor rights. Among others liabilities demand the cancellation of the feeding basket, savings bank, vacations, insurance of Hospitalization, Surgery and Maternity. Additionally the workers consider that the policy adopted by Venrus to reduce its labor costs, adducing presumed lack of resources, is disturbing not only the workers of the daily lists, personal technician, workers, but also to the communities located in the area of influence of the operations and auriferous mining plants. To this end Edward Lopez needed that the settlers of the Roscio municipalities, Callao and Sifontes are not receiving in their right proportion the social investments, on watch and infrastructure contemplated in the agreements with the Venezuelan State, like compensation to the extractive activity of mineral resources. Lopez protested who is contrasentido to them that today when the gold has registered an increase in more of a 50 percent in its quote, the company is alleging that they are on the brink of madness the ruin due to the buying and selling system of gold with the Venezuelan State, “since the workers we did not receive in dollars but in bolivars, and the impact that the labor component has in these companies is not as strong as it has been tried to inform from the managements of these companies”. The spokesman of the workers affirmed that the Central bank of Venezuela and the National Government are going to modify the system of commercialization of gold produced in the country, to favor financial viability and the entrance of the private and mixed mining companies that operate in the region. “This means that the argument of lack of resources soon is going to be without effect, reason why we exhorted to Venrus to immediately plan the progressive and effective cancellation of its labor liabilities, as it offered this same week a high spokesman of this company”. |
