i think most importantly the fact is "the bondholders just want to get paid back"... early or not...

the fact that they are holding off at all gives me hope...i'd love to hear there was an extension on the hearing....

to me it means they are aware of something we are not...like a possible resolution that does'nt involve taking a 50% haircut on $100mil by forcing kry into BK....or waiting 5 years for an icsid award.....

i'm taking my cue from the bondholders.....they may not like having to wait on hope (like the rest of us)....but if they believe they have a better shot at collecting by not forcing the issue, then in those immortal words, "they know something"....
