Just had an idea floated my way, RML has not sold the gold has 2 reason IMHO

1 They expect a currency deval and will await that to go through in order to better realize a return

2 The anticipate/are negotiating a change in the rules to the sale of gold.

BOTH scenarios look like they are playing out. Of course, #2 help KRY negotiate a better deal.
