Pam,

To be honest I thought he was deceased so I'm surprised he continues to blog his crap. Pam, I've tried to be as nice as I can to you but can only assume you had a moment of insanity to write such things about this person. His hatred for us, his lies, his pomposity - anyway words escape me and to be honest I just don't want to waste the time.
