Fung stated at the AGM this past summer that their MOC was inked before this gold sale law so it doesn't apply to them. Not totally sure I believe that because in their risk disclosures it specifically says something to the effect of VZ mining laws could change and adversely effect KRY. The fact of the matter is, KRY is at least 2 years away from mining if they got the permit today. So I think the plan of attack should be, get the permit any way possible and outlast Chavez and hope for a more rational administration.
