I haven't been able to go through all the day's post and maybe this has already been posted - an added note about Fung's return to Toronto. The "crucial decisions are to be made" is intriguing:

In late-breaking news, Crystallex chairman & CEO Robert Fung has arrived back in Toronto ahead of a scheduled meeting with noteholders and a board meeting at which crucial decisions are to be made.
