I don't like to dampen the enthusiasm of many but could it be that the SP is a smoke screen to show the bond holders that the value of the assets is there and is only a question of time to resolve this saga in a very near future .

OR:

At least show the court and the bondholders that there is a light at the end of the tunnel.
