One of the best naturally concentrated foods is garlic, and is soo good in so many ways for so much of our bodies......and the great thing is it tastes ggrrrreat. And makes other foods taste better....Joey knows..lol

Anyway, I but my garlic locally whenever possible, so it ain't goin' up.

So I suggest everyone use more garlic in these stressfull times of H1N1, and the wait for our baby to be born, extremely healthy. :)
