I have been somewhat worried since reading a few post a while back that we were entering the time of year that VZ govt. business all but shuts down....Then I realized, that very likely, the VZ government already knows what will happen, at least concerning them. Sooo....all we are waiting for, is to have the buyout company make up their mind that KRY is ABSOLUTELY worth that $$$ value Fung has refused to under.

I strongly believe that VZ has already worked out the process whereby the MOC can be transfered to a new entity. The Stakeholder issue will be clear enough in just over a week, and the Venessa situation may very well not matter, as there case is too weak to get in the way of this colossal deal.

Lets all get down on our knees and pray to the 'GOLDEN EFFIGY' of your choice that all involved sre working towards having a very special Christmas.
