It seems that someone in Ven (probably the CB) is taking their cut so RML is just sitting on the gold rather than selling it for a discount. Of course the question then remains; is that unsold gold being valued as income at the actual spot price or at the discounted price. That could make a real difference to profitabilty.

Isn't this an "expropriatable offense" based on past history with similar circumstances in VZ?
