I'd say that they would have no problem supplying any equipment needed at LC, or LB.

They have so many ships and barges going back and forth, that it would be no problem to get it to Venezuela. I suppose they could just stick it in one of the many oil tankers comming to pick up their daily 250,000 gallons of oil, that pays for the billions of dollars that they have lent to Chavez.

China is looking more realistic all the time.

Come on baby....lets not wait till the new year.. roll 'em out, load 'em up. and move 'em on.
