Joe....I disagree. The exploding price of gold may be just the leverage we need to get these crooks to agree to terms that don't include all shareholders giving up their first born in order to avoid arbitration. The higher gold goes the higher our potential arbitration award will be and the higher the pressure Hugo will feel to get the show on the road. Who knows....maybe he is in no hurry if he's having his soldiers illegally mining\polluting. The army gets a cut of the action and Hugo gets their unwaivering loyalty when the rubber bullets start flying. In the meantime they both share in the wealth.
God help us if Fung doesn't have "Plan B" financing to see us thru arbitration.
