thing that really p'ss me off is when they HAD capital and technology they would'nt let projects move forward....

now sanz has the stones to say "all we need is capital and technology"....

bottom line: hugo would rather deal with scumbag iranians who have no money than to let a western company invest in the same project.. regardless of "technology/capital"..

LC wont happen until hugo is gone.... i dont care if LC has 1bil oz of gold sitting on the surface.....it's gotten to the point where nobody is willing to deal with hugo....at least not any companies that have the funds to bring LC to fruition....
