quest, are you saying these options were "re-valued" because of events beyond kry's control?

i have to be honest....the warrant/option/noteholder details are beyond my comprehension at this point...

i know i have seen generic "target specific goals" mentioned in various agreements/statements over the years... i believe that these goals were tied to options in some form.....

should i ask my lawyer?
