From a Bloomberg article:

Stocks in gold-mining companies have also rallied this year. The Philadelphia Stock Exchange Gold & Silver Index is up 49 percent, as Freeport McMoRan Copper & Gold Inc. more than doubled. Petropavlosk Plc, the producer formerly known as Peter Hambro Plc, surged 244 percent and Polyus Gold has climbed 120 percent.
