Investor101 - I am not positive but I think KRY's shareholder rights plan prevents anyone from taking control of the company through open marke purchases. Even if they combined holdings from multiple buyers.

Nobear or BOSS KENT can probably answer this better but I don't think someone could take control of KRY through open market buys.
