Midas - I agree that retail is not going to start a rally of this volume based on the current news. Could be hedge funds or just big money players and once we broke .28 momentum players and day traders jumped in.

What we don't know is WHY people bought in today. It could just be a spec gamble or someone "thinks" they know something. If we don't get something concrete on what fueled it then we'll drop back. (IMHO)

The afternoon has held up well. That was what I was watching the most. Traders don't buy in the late afternoon. (At least not the long ones)
