Penderite - As some with whom you have disagreed (a lot :-) ), I don't think you are a pumper.

I think you are very passionate and optimistic, but just because I disagree it doesn't make you wrong. I believe I have always said I respected your passion and opinion even if I disagreed with it.

We both want the same thing, a much higher PPS. We disagree on what path will get us there, but that doesn't make you a pumper nor does it make either of us "wrong". I've been accused of being a basher and told that I want KRY to go down simply because I feel that arbitration is the better way to a higher PPS.

I was taught to try and talk myself out of a trade before I ever got into it. I also need to know my expectations and the trigger that will get me there. In the past it was a permit. You and many others believe the best path is to trust Fung's abilities to negotiate a buyout/settlement. For me, personally that requires faith and emotion and it is not my style of trading/investing. I'm not suggesting you are being emotional, it is just that for ME to accept that path would be inconsistent with how I view things.

I did some major re-evaluation this year of whether I wanted to stay in KRY or cut losses and get out. I looked at all sides and what rang for me was that KRY does have significant upside value but my trigger point for it switched to arbitration. I feel that would have given us momementum if we did it earlier.

As long as you believe in your reasons for being long, you have a right to your opinion and a right to voice it and to disagree. Just keep in mind that so do those who disagree as well as those who just see a different path to profit. In the end, if KRY popped to $10 would it matter what made it do so? It shouldn't. I want to make money and I'd be just as happy to come out ahead even if it was just by "accident" that I bet on the same result as the person who knew the right reson.
