Midas - I think the next big "tell" will be what happens with the noteholder action. They are supposed to be having some kind of hearing in early December. Fung could have them sign a NDA and then lay out what he is doing without violating SEC rules.

If they drop their case or delay their action I will take this as a positive. If they move forward......
