EZ, I'm having trouble getting a handle on the following:

Minerven technicians discovered that the gold deposit is operated without the required permits

New details would put into question the performance of the MNC in Gold Reserve's Brisas Project Cuyuni, located in the municipality Sifontes south of Bolivar State.

Do we know what the MNC stands for?

Is Natalie saying GRZ was mining or is she referring to illegal mining by individuals?
