I'll put the turd on the table and then back off.

My problem in all of this is that prior to April 30th 2008, I was as much a KRY fan as could be. I saw the many news reports coming out of VZ that KRY would be denied the permit and the mine taken away. KRY gave no repsonse and in emails dismissed the local reports. They maintained they were in constant contact with high level VZ officials and all was positive. I was heavy invested and we were at $1.60 having dropped from $6(though oddly now I hold almost 10 x what I did then). I trusted in KRY's emails though I questioned the lack of official responses. We all know the results.

Now we find ourselves in a similar quandry. The VZ press has already dissmissed the notionof KRY ever mining LC. When they speak of KRY they say that LC was formerly in the hands of KRY. (Look up the word estaba which is often used)...past tense. KRY is running out of cash this quarter and they remain silent. They also dismiss these local press reports and maintain they are in constant discussions with high level VZ officials. Meanwhile all the high level VZ officials we associate with the mining industry have all been quoted as saying KRY will not mine LC, including Herrara the president of CVG (our supposed partner). Kry has not responded and dismisses the local press much as they did in April 2008.

I have never believed that KRY did not see the permit denial coming since this was widely reported in the VZ news. I could forgive them one surprise but when we are today faced with the same and everything that is being reported in the VZ press contradicts what KRY says in emails (though they won't make official statements) I have to question things. Fool me once shame on me...

GRZ may be different but there are many similarities. They didn't buy the BS and filed. The stock has almost tripled. Fung now has a much higer mark in my mind to reach to justify the failure to file.

The other side is that everything rests on the professed business skills of Fung. In this I am admittedly ignorant. When I google Fung or do any searches to find his success stories I do not find anything. In the absence of any official news of his success I would welcome any supporting evidence from this board. I would feel a whole lot better trusting my financial future on Fung's prowess if I had some evidence that he actually had some. This is not meant as a bash but a legitimate request for information vital to our success that I have not been able to find on my own.
