Answers are in short supply when providing the actual detail answer of what management knows (or believes) will harm the company, and thus its "clamouring for answers shareholders"!
We have seen the immediate response of the Venezuelan government to GRZ's arbitration!
It is easy to say that there are no talks and we have gone to arbitration (as GRZ has said and done); but that is harmful if there is the possibility that the "Process" of talking is likely, in Management's opinion, to provide a better and shorter term result.
Even a public statement that financing, which could take the company through the arbitration process, is in fact available can be harmful if there is a possibility that government talks will make it un-necessary.
In any case I believe that we shareholders have no option but to wait or to sell. The situation may become clearer soon, or it may remain murky, but we have no options save the two which I mentioned in the preceeding sentance.
