On the Eve of All Hallows Eve...
On NYSE - KRY sp now into a 22-23 range for the last few days. Volume just topped a quarter-Mil a moment ago. Daily technicals - OBV flat, RSI falling off of the table, Stoch converged to Bearish and Mac in Bear mode. Although Fundies appear to have not changed, be aware. No news seems to not be good news to spec players so they appear to be moving on. Let's not shoot the messenger here.
Dow giving it back, initially from profit taking - after the big move yesterday on good GDP news. However, that GDP news was tainted with the Cash for Clunkers Stimulus. Was looking like it was good enough to possibly make for a bottom in this cycle, but maybe not as there is still plenty of trading day left. Some green in the RecessProofers, with pretty much red everywhere else in the Market. Lots of opportunity out there. Next week will likely see a Mutual Fund Monday up day, so pick and choose wisely and keep it diversified.
Gold running with the Market and has been sliding since about midway through Hong Kong trading overnight. AEM showed a profit but missed their numbers by sixteen cents and the stock has been hit for about $15 - so far. About a buck down per penny miss? OUCH! This Market is unforgiving.
Tonight on CNBC - Cramer will have a couple of NatGas CEO's (Chesapeake and Devon) on his show. Those interested in NatGas plays might want to tune in.
