Fung is wise enough to know you don't burn bridges you might need to cross..
EZ..I agree...and the best information we have available to us to date implies that Fung has no alternative than to negotiate with Rusoro (Russian proxy) in an attempt to bargain for an acceptable deal to avoid arbitration. If this is the case, it goes without saying that any deal will not reflect true value BUT (in keeping with public statements by KRY) will benefit shareholders by avoiding arbitration. Fung threw out the number of 2 Billion...let's assume that was a high starting point for purposes of negotiating with Rusoro. What minimum dollar figure might Fung find worth tabling for approval by shareholders? My guess is that it's lower than you would find acceptable....but, as you say, if the end result of this nightmare is that Fung proposes shareholder approval of a deal for...ohhh...let's say..$1.50\share...then I presume you would gladly accept that deal given your stated belief\confidence in his acumen as a businessman. That would represent about a 6 bagger for him on his options. Not too shabby if you need some walking around money to retire with.
We can argue about the actual number till the cows come home. It really doesn't matter. We'll find out soon enough. I'll tell you one thing though....they had better not be bullsh!tting us about financing not being a problem.
