I don't study KRY like most on this board but your take is the best I have read in the way that you have formulated it. Fung certainly can't think "normal" when he is dealing with the "abnormal". That being said the back and forth I think is between three parties, Vens, KRY and a suitor. That adds a completely more complicated and timely set of negotiations. That is like going on vacation with three families all wanting to do different things yet you have to decide on one eventual outcome.
