Ian,

I agree with you but what can we do as investors to get more information? Several times posters have contacted RM and we have all read the stamped out responses. What more could someone do? Even if they filed for bankruptcy tomorrow in a PR what could anyone do? A lawsuit won't get anyone any money. The bondholders are first in line and we do not have enough assets to even pay them off in full in liquidation.
