Of course NOT, who said that the government monopoly is a good manager (and that says not being a capitalist). We not see that electric service is going from bad to worse and what they do is that you give away Milloones Bs / $ to Bolivia to do them a power plant when it is logical that they invest here in Vzla, making the maintenance to do and not do?, and only one example of other services so expropriated, that this hotel will be a exepcion?
