I do think it's interesting and possible telling that we have not refinaced to this point. You would think if we had to come up with some additional cash one would not wait till the last second. Maybe just Maybe some ones knows something will break before the cash is gone, then agian, we've been in this boat a long time and are only choice is to be hopeful.
