Ouch!

How about pursuing a hypothetical...Assume Rusoro (a Canadian Company) does, in fact, end up mining Las Cristinas\Las Brisas (as advertised by Vz) while KRY & GRZ both end up in International Arbitration. I assume Canadian Law would have something to say about this? If so....what kind of sanctions could be assigned by Canada against Rusoro?

I take it for granted that there are still enough smart lawyers in Vz. to avoid making fatal legal errors (as much as is possible given the madman running the country)?
