the fact that VZ revoked their permit for environmental reasons and saying the Imataca was off limits it would be a huge error on VZ's part to touch Brisas with the arb in process

Count on it. Huge Errors. If we've learned one thing about Venezuela after YEARS of owning this stock it is one thing. They SPECIALIZE in HUGE ERRORS. That is what they do.
