we all know about the "gold reserve/endeavor" story but it strikes me funny that this offshore bank is working on financing/sales/acquisitions of "projects in venezuela and africa"....

maybe endeavors projects were limited to rusoro/grz but i have a funny feeling these guys are involved in the overall "process" that's supposed to be taking place in venezuela...
