Hi JCW- Good report as usual, it really saves me time and I am always comparing what I am seeing and thinking against your report. The object of my interest is watching the battle- A slowing economy vs eventual monetary inflation worries vs flight to gold. Imho this is a small & short hiccup in the eventual POG going higher, and a base has formed @ 1050. Looks like a slow erosion of the value of the Dollar is working best for the holders of the doomed Dollar (if we do this slow maybe nobody will notice what is happening people) and it is giving them time to divest out into tangible assets, so imho gold continues steadily higher........BAC failing in the home mortgage and consumer credit areas did not suprise me at all, I saw their no qualifying lend to anyone practices in action a few years back. My inclination is that this is not going to be a typical Friday sell-off as big dumping occured at the open, and I see some picking of bottoms the stocks I watch. We probably won't go green today but migrate towards even? Kry news any weekend would be good for us- I agree with most here that the DD on our situation points to something has to give, but when JC? News this weekend really works for me too!
