Yes, there is that bit that refers to difficult living conditions....brought on by trans-nationals etc. However, there always has to be SOME posturing by these people, blaming anyone else but themselves. But all in all, it WAS saying that the area is being primed for development. There was no mention of KRY or GRZ being involved, but at the same time, there was no mention of them NOT being involved. My only real concern is Crystallex. We are in a different position than GRZ.I think that, as I mentioned, this is the BEGINNING of the end, but still too early to mention specific companies or entities. There was also mention of 'further' partnerships in other gold projects. ( I'll find the exact quote )

There was mention tho', of recognizing the co-operation between municipalities and foriegn companies with regard to social programs.

It seems pretty darn obvious that this is the 'Process' that is mentioned in RM's e-mails, relating to being involved in a 'process', and that it is linked to the 'process' that was mentioned a few days ago in the articlce 'from sources' inside the CVG, referring to what Sanz and Herrara are working on.

I think we will see more of this unfold over the next week or two, and the more divulged, the closer we are to learning what KRY's role will be. The more talk of including 'foriegners' in some future projects, makes me think that maybe we aren't going to be out of the picture after all. In what role? I won't speculate.
