These statements from RM are about as clear as possible without actually saying:

' The management hasn't filed an IA claim yet because there is no point. We are involved with VZ in their PROCESS of sorting out their economic and overall mining development plans, so that all the issues/areas can be developed in a timely manner.("may have legs.") In other words, a solution is just around the corner.

"Hello Mr. XXXX. The Company remains in a process and being that an IA Claim has not yet been filed it should suggest that the belief that this process, seeking a prudent and more timely resolution/solution to the Las Cristinas Dispute/Saga, may have legs. "

"The Company is aware of its working capital needs, working capital position and cognizant of potential shareholder dilution and expects to improve working capital."

Well, I don't know about you, but this is RM basically saying, ' What do you think, eh? of course the company knows what their needs will be in the future, and when this is worked out, damn straight we'll be 'improving our working capital'....i.e. we have the financing all set up to go when this is worked out.

That's how I see what RM is saying.... They are close enough that he all but said 'shut up now already, and just sit on your hands for a bit more, and all will be well'
