to be honest i think the increased production is due to "illegal miners"...

i can picture a russian flying around on a helicopter from place to place buying gold from illegal miners for $300 oz and rusoro claiming "our production costs are wayyy down..

i think that could happen when it's cheaper to buy it than to mine it...
