I can't tell who is being blamed here: The illegal miners? Ortega? Bush? Devia Carmen, Norma Marquez, William Saud, Pedro Perez and Carlos Pinto Chancellor? the court? Sanz? The press? Crystallex?
The gist as far as I can tell is that the socialist (V generation?) citizens want to mine it themselves. This article makes it sound like no transnational companies are wanted including the russkies, chinese, or iranians. Seems the last paragraph refers to more shenanigans about Herrera handing out jobs at PDVSA and the CVG to Chancellor's defense attorneys to bungle the case.
Again it looks like we are being blamed for instigating something like Sanz's removal?
