Amazing....Hugo Chavez can't get his own mines working properly, or at all. The equipment all over the country is old or ancient, and is not kept up, he needs the help of Russia, and China to get the job done at home, and yet he's partnering with other countries who have little or nothing to offer. Don't get me wrong. I think in theory it's a great idea to help out poor countries. This is going to be pretty hard, seeing as he can hardly help himself, and far as orginization and developing. We certainly know about that.

I guess if the countries have absolutely nothing going for them, it would be pretty easy to look like your giving them all this help. It seems to me that he is going to raise expectations in the people of these countries, only to have them see that Chavez is 75% talk, 24% posturing and the rest, well it's hard to figure it out from the various announcement that have no substance, the rumours flying around, and the press that isn't allowed to say anything...LOL
