over the weekend, GW and I (mostly GW), figured out that in the next few days kry will announce a tender offer (thats already been accepted) from the russians (aka. agapov group via the russian finance minister/leg breaker)

but dont get your panties in a bunch just yet.....the offer will be somewhat lame..

somewhere in the neighborhood of $2.36 with most of it being in worthless vodka stock......

we will all moan and groan.....but in the end, we will all go "sigh!" and feel relieved....

and "THE CURSE OF LAS CHRISTINAS" will enter a new and even more perverse chapter...but, as always, the gold will never leave the ground....
